Totally chemical and corrosion-resistant

Two new products for sewage technology were submitted here at the same time for the manus® award: “GiWA-Stop” is a mechanical backwater protection with flushing function and rat stop for sewage. The “GiWA screen” prevents solids from sewage from getting into natural watercourses when sewers overflow. In the case of both products, the materials used must be completely chemical and corrosion-resistant, and should also be maintenance-free. Various igus® bearings from the whole range of plain bearings are used in this case.
