Eccentric for toothed belt tension

Simple but robust

This eccentric for toothed belt tension is made of just a few standard components and is therefore very easy to produce. At the same time the toothed belts should be quick to change and easy to adjust. Dust, damp and metal abrasion mean that simple yet robust bearing points are required. igus® plain bearings are used on all the bearing points. On the flange bearings, the bond prevents any slipping down, meaning that it is no longer necessary to secure the shafts axially.
