xiros® conveyor roller, non-stick coated aluminium tube, improved version

As fully harnessed systems with a tube made of aluminium, carbon, stainless steel, or PVC, the ball bearings prove their worth as conveyor rollers for deflecting films and labels or for conveying goods. By using wear-resistant, high-performance polymers and thin-walled tubes, they provide a weight saving of up to 48% compared to metallic solutions. Their mass inertia is 42% lower, and therefore the energy required for acceleration is considerably lower and the rollers reach the conveying speed faster.

Non-stick coating 2.0: We are adding a new version to the conveyor roller portfolio with non-stick coated aluminium tubes. Dark grey instead of black, but with improved adhesion properties for adhesive labels compared to our non-stick coated version in black.

Applications: labelling technology, packaging industry, film deflection

Flanged ball bearings are also available in white upon request. For this, please replace the suffix "S180-10-ES" with "B180-30-ES" via the igus part number search (e.g. E.g.: BBT-AF30-606-B180-30-ES).
