Procesamiento de billetes de banco
manus® 2007
This application is a locking mechanism in a banknote processing machine. When closing, a lid must be pulled against a counterforce. Closing is performed by a motor-driven
trapezoidal lead screw, which must engage with a spring-loaded lead screw nut during the closing process. The lead screw nut must not tilt with the lead screw both when the lead screw nut is placed and threaded onto the lead screw and during further linear movement.
The problem was solved with a double joint made of igubal® angle and in-line ball and socket joints. The double joint allows all necessary degrees of freedom and also absorbs the tensile force.
