A CNC stretch-bending machine for high-precision bending of aluminium extrusion profiles for railway, aerospace and car industry applications. Versatile movements are demanded – from linear to rotary. In this case cables need to be provided for energy, air and hydraulic supply. Because of the unknown tool geometrics, this demand is complex and it needs to be partly guaranteed on the smallest space, but at the same time over a length of several metres.
